For each city in the analysis, we calculated the local Equal Pay Day, the day in the following year when Black women would make an equivalent amount as a white man, using the median income of Black women working full time and the median income of white men working full time in each locality. Vegas use to be a good place for African Americans, last year I tried to move out there with my family from So Cal and it is really hard to find a place to rent in the good neighborhoods.
